SPRINGFIELD, N.J. -- Emiliano Grillo knew it would not always be so easy. In fact, it wasnt easy at all. He had won his first start as a member of the PGA Tour, but needed a playoff to do it.From the wonder of getting on the PGA Tour to the perks of victory in seemingly a flash, Grillo, 23, suddenly had a world of perks at his feet and ambitious goals that came with it.Now nearly nine months later, Grillo is working hard to regain that glory. A victory skewed his thinking, and he has had to remind himself that winning is far from easy. Im trying to get back to that point, he said.Grillo, who is from Resitencia, Argentina, and will play in the Olympics in two weeks, shot 66 on Thursday at Balrusrol Golf Club, getting on the leaderboard in just his second PGA Championship. He trails leader Jimmy Walker by a stroke.Theres not a single grass out of place on this golf course, so that helps a lot out there, he said. There was no wind and absolutely perfect conditions for scoring.Grillo has been learning his way around the PGA Tour this year, getting into all of the major championships and playing the Masters, U.S. Open and The Open for the first time. He tied for 12th at Royal Troon two weeks ago, then played the Canadian Open and is now at Baltusrol, still looking for his first top-10 finish since winning the Frys.com Open in October. That came just two weeks after Grillo won the season-ending Web.com Tour Championship to solidify his place on the PGA Tour. Then in his first start as a tour member, he managed to get into a playoff with Kevin Na that he won.Such a victory was huge, as it got him a spot at the Tournament of Champions as well as into the Masters and the World Golf Championship at Doral. But it also brought some expectations that maybe he should be contending all the time. The winning should lead to more winning. It hasnt worked out that way, but throw out the victory and Grillo still has had a very solid rookie year. He has made 17 of 20 cuts and has seven top-25 finishes. He is 30th in FedEx Cup points and ranked 37th in the world while earning more than $2.1 million in prize money.Playing well anywhere in the world helps your confidence, he said. It doesnt matter if its here, Argentina or China; it doesnt matter. I played last week in Canada in very tough conditions and that helps going into a major. Its great playing good anywhere, especially bringing that momentum into a major. Nike Vapormax Danmark . R.J. Napoli staged a second-half comeback from two goals down after Gervinhos opener and a stunning strike from Kevin Strootman.ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Ryan Lilja will step out of retirement to reunite with Peyton Manning. The veteran offensive lineman agreed to terms Wednesday with the Denver Broncos, who are desperate for a starting centre following a season ending knee injury to Dan Koppen. Lilja, who turns 32 in October, has quite a bit of familiarity with Manning after playing guard for six seasons in Indianapolis. And while Jeff Saturday was Mannings customary centre with the Colts, hes now working as an ESPN analyst. The 6-foot-2, 290-pound Lilja made a similar switch last season as he went from guard to centre for Kansas City. After the season, he announced his intention to retire. But his retirement didnt last all that long. Koppen tore his left ACL in a drill last weekend after the Broncos brought him back last month to fill in for J.D. Walton, whos had a setback in his return from ankle surgery. Manny Ramirez, who took most of the snaps at centre during Denvers off-season practices, was working with Manning the last few days in training camp. He sent a few hikes high, but nothing out of Manningss reach.dddddddddddd The team also recently brought in Steve Vallos, a six-year veteran who has played in Seattle, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Jacksonville. "We always hate losing people for the season, but we will march on," coach John Fox said. These days, the offensive line responsible for keeping Manning safe and secure is pretty banged up. All-Pro left tackle Ryan Clady has been limited at training camp due to a right shoulder. Tackle Orlando Franklin (toe, shoulder) and guard Chris Kuper (ankle) are also coming off surgeries. Franklin is back with the starters, while Kuper is going through drills on an adjacent field in shorts. On Wednesday, the Broncos received another scare when cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie went down with a left ankle injury and had to be carted off the field. "I am not over concerned," Fox said after practice. "But any time a player misses time, I am concerned. We will just get him healthy and get him back out there." Guard Justin Boren also had to be helped off the field with a big toe ailment. ' ' '
